WASHINGTON— Today, Alliance for Youth Action staff will begin traveling to Alliance Network organizations across the country to turn out youth voters in nine states. From knocking on doors to outreach on college campuses, we’ll be hearing directly from youth voters and making sure they are vote ready.

“Youth organizers, from North Carolina to Arizona, Michigan to Florida, are working day in and day out to ensure young people have a vote plan to cast their ballots this November, and Alliance staff are fired up to join them in this effort. The Alliance Network is in the business of building young people’s political power not just every election, but every day,” said Dakota Hall, Alliance for Youth Action Executive Director. “When young people have access to the ballot box, we build a better future for us all—and we have the power to make a massive impact in the midterms. Since 2020, over 8 million young people have turned 18, and it’s local youth-led civic organizations that new voters trust to get them vote ready.”

If you’re interested in connecting with Dakota Hall to discuss the organization’s nationwide efforts to turn out the youth vote, please reach out to press@allianceforyouthaction.org
